Job description Project Role: Automation testing Work Experience: 5 to 8 Years Work location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Must Have Skills: Automation testing, Selenium, Java, API testing Required Skills: 4-7 years of experience in development and/or testing. Strong Java development/scripting skills for Selenium WebDriver. Agile development experience and Jira proficiency. Experience designing and creating test conditions, data, and scripts. Manual testing skills (a plus for Selenium test engineer development). API testing experience (Postman). Framework design experience (POM, TestNG, Maven). Excellent SQL skills and database knowledge. Experience with functional, acceptance, end-to-end, and unit testing; understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience testing web and mobile applications. Knowledge of Apache JMeter. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with automation, integration, and regression testing. Understanding of post-production application functions and features. Understanding of business requirements. Preferred Skills: Healthcare industry experience. Database skills, communication, analytical skills, UX understanding, and cloud platform experience. Performance testing knowledge. Exposure to Git and DB testing. Knowledge of Selenium with BDD framework. Onshore/offshore team coordination experience.
