Job description Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Zonal Business Head to lead our expansion journey across multiple states, starting with Central India. You will be responsible for setting up the distribution network, hiring high-performance teams, driving business growth, and eventually owning the P&L for your zone. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategy with execution. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Plan and execute branch expansion across target geographies. Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales and operations teams. Infrastructure Setup: Oversee setup of branch infrastructure and operational systems. Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement market penetration strategies including customer acquisition, brand visibility, and on-ground campaigns. Business Growth: Drive disbursements, manage portfolio quality, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory norms. P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the zonal business performance and profitability. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA from a premier institute preferred. Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial services, with a strong background in sales/distribution of small-ticket LAP (Loan Against Property) products. Domain Expertise: Proven experience in managing large geographies and scaling business in NBFC or banking setups. Leadership: Strong team-building capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
