Job description Role & responsibilities • Generate leads from the assigned database and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. • Acquire new business clients through field sales and face-to-face meetings. • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IndiaMART's offerings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. • Follow up regularly with prospects and drive sales closures within defined timelines. • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives. • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policies. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Preferred candidate profile • Graduate (2026 Batch) candidates are eligible to apply. • Candidates with 912 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Direct Sales, or Field Sales are also eligible. • For Freshers (2026 Graduates): Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th Standard is mandatory. • For Experienced Candidates (9–12 Months): Minimum 56% in both 10th and 12th Standard is mandatory. • Minimum 50% in Graduation (UG) is mandatory for both Freshers and Experienced candidates. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. • Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler. • Valid Driving License (DL) and Registration Certificate (RC) are mandatory. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Male candidates preferred. • Candidates with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition will be preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and client visits.
