Description Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and career-oriented fresher to join our Lead Generation team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the companys business expansion initiatives through detailed market research, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and business communication activities. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, researching target organizations and decision makers, initiating communication through outbound emails and cold calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and coordinating with various internal departments for smooth business operations. This role offers excellent exposure to the enterprise IT infrastructure industry and provides strong long term career growth opportunities in business development, enterprise sales, IT consulting, and corporate client management. Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates understand enterprise IT solutions, B2B communication, and lead generation processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed market research to identify potential business opportunities and target organizations. Research companies, industries, and enterprise decision makers across multiple sectors. Generate qualified B2B leads for enterprise IT infrastructure solutions and services. Initiate outbound communication through professional cold calling and email outreach activities. Connect with IT Managers, Procurement Teams, System Administrators, Operations Teams, and enterprise decision makers. Schedule meetings and appointments for the enterprise sales team. Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and prospect tracking activities. Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Technical, Operations, and Management teams. Support business development and client engagement initiatives. Understand basic client requirements and communicate them internally to relevant teams. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective enterprise customers. Follow professional communication practices while interacting with corporate clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in business development, lead generation, sales, and corporate communication. Good internet research and analytical skills. Confidence in communicating with clients over calls and emails. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and internet tools. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow-ups effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and target oriented mindset. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Eligibility Criteria Freshers are welcome to apply. Any graduate or diploma holder can apply.
