Job description Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns to promote UPSC coaching programs. Work on BTL marketing initiatives to increase brand reach. Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to generate student inquiries. Collaborate with designers and content creators for compelling marketing materials. Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions. Develop collaborations and MoU to expand business opportunities. Lead Generation & Student Engagement Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Engage with students through canopies. Event Planning & Execution Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events. Collaborate with educational institutions and partners for outreach programs. Ensure maximum participation and lead conversion from events. Maintain a strong brand presence through strategic PR. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. Provide insights to management on new opportunities for business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education/edtech sector. Creativity and ability to develop engaging campaigns for student outreach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and execute events for brand promotion. Bachelors/master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
