The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, customer retention, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns Create engaging email copies, newsletters, and promotional content Manage customer segmentation and email automation workflows Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting Improve email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and ROI Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and campaign optimization Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Email Marketing Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools Good understanding of customer engagement strategies Experience with campaign analytics and reporting tools Excellent communication and content writing skills Basic knowledge of ecommerce marketing will be an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
