Job description Job Summary: Markytics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B IT Sales professional with prior experience in Banking/BFSI sales. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring enterprise clients, generating business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by selling IT services and technology solutions to Banking and Financial sector clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, enterprise sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the Banking/BFSI sector. Sell IT services, software solutions, staffing services, or digital transformation solutions. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, references, and strategic partnerships. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering sessions. Work closely with internal technical teams for proposal preparation and solution pitching. Negotiate commercials and close enterprise deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. Achieve monthly business targets and annual performance goals. Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in selling IT services/products to Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions. Strong understanding of Banking and BFSI ecosystem. Target-driven and self-motivated professional. Strong presentation and business communication skills. Ability to independently manage sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Annual Sales Target & Incentive Structure: Annual Target Target Client Acquisition: 12 Clients a year. Minimum Billing Requirement: Each client should generate a minimum monthly billing of 3 lakhs.
