Job description Responsibilities: Lead Identification & Validation: Identifying potential IHB leads within the assigned area Validate construction sites & tag them to the nearest retail counters. Customer Engagement & Follow Up: Maintain continuous engagement with customers until repeat usage of materials is confirmed. Educate customers on Rustguard & its benefits in construction. Serve as a liaison between IHB, Master Masons, and retail counters to ensure smooth operations. Mason & Engineer Engagement: Ensure Master Masons are registered on Jeevan Saathi & maintain 80% active engagement throughout the year. Organize small Mason meets to build strong relationships and encourage product loyalty. Register Civil Engineers with Bandhan & ensure regular follow-up on their engagement. Casting Services Support: Provide support for casting services, ensuring quality & timely execution. Coordinate with the technical team for casting-related requirements & solutions.
