Job description Roles and Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities for Elchemys products & services for the global market focusing on the Flavors and fragrance Strive to achieve the revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to deliver and execute sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales Negotiate long-term contract and develop key accounts Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years experience in sales/business development of Flavors and fragrance raw material along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector. Experience of International Sales in the Global Markets Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
