Job description Role Overview : Inflexi Technologies is looking for creative Graphic Designers who have hands-on experience in producing creative graphic designs for digital marketing of International Brands. The ideal candidate will create visually engaging designs for social media, ads, website, and emailers, while also understanding how to run and optimize campaigns for International Brands. You must have an Online Portfolio of your work , whose link you must update in your resume while applying for the position . Any application without Online or Offline PDF design Portfolio will not be entertained. 2. You must presently be stationed in Bhubaneswar and willing to come for Skill Test and Personal Interview to be conducted at our office during weekdays that is Monday to Friday. Core Responsibilities : a. Creative Design - Design creatives for social media posts, paid ads, banners, emailers, brochures, and website graphics - Edit images, create basic animations, and adapt designs for different platforms - Maintain Client brands' consistency across all digital channels - Work with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals b. Digital Marketing Support - Assist in running and monitoring Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads - Create content and manage posting schedules for social media platforms - Understand basic SEO, website updates, and email marketing best practices - Track design performance in campaigns and provide inputs for optimization - Stay updated on design trends and competitor creatives Skills & Qualifications : - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools - Prior experience in handling digital marketing tasks Meta Ads, social media management, or email campaigns - Strong understanding of digital ad sizes, social media formats, color theory, and typography - Good eye for layout, visual storytelling, and conversion-focused design - Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple creatives Preferred candidate profile : - Experience in designing of Social Media Assets for Europeans Product Brands. - Candidates who can produce creative designs during Skill Test.
