Key Responsibilities Video Production & Content Creation: Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, Product Videos, YouTube Shorts) focusing on strong hooks, rapid pacing, accurate captions, and smooth transitions. Produce and conceptualize highly engaging content formats, including User-Generated Content (UGC)-style videos, product demos, client testimonials, and problem-solution videos. Elevate video quality by applying advanced color grading, crisp sound design, and subtle motion elements. Create multiple design and video variations for a single campaign to facilitate efficient A/B testing. Optimize content layout and distribution formats specifically for Meta platforms and YouTube. Core Competencies & Expectations Exceptional foundational knowledge of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy. Deep understanding of shifting social media content formats, viral trends, and platform algorithms. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is highly preferred to ensure creatives are performance-driven. Proven ability to multitask and seamlessly switch between static graphic design and video production pipelines.
