Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members. Develop and maintain documentation for the developed software systems. Job Requirements : 6.5-30 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring framework. Strong understanding of Kafka messaging system integration with microservices architecture. Experience leading or managing a team of junior engineers is required.
