Job description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead product planning, execution, and enhancement initiatives for our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, roadmap planning, and SaaS-based product development. The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives. Own the complete product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and post-launch enhancements. Collaborate with engineering and UI/UX teams to build scalable and user-friendly product features. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Create and manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. Drive Agile/Scrum product development processes and sprint planning activities. Monitor product performance metrics, adoption, and customer engagement. Coordinate product testing, UAT, release management, and deployment activities. Ensure continuous product improvement and exceptional user experience. Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), workflows, user stories, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Gather and prioritize customer requirements based on business impact and user needs. Define product vision, go-to-market strategy, and feature adoption plans. Track product defects, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution. Analyze customer behavior and usage data to improve product performance and engagement. Work with QA teams to ensure product quality and seamless user experience. Conduct training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for internal teams. Ensure product compliance, scalability, security, and performance standards are maintained. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Support leadership with strategic product initiatives and innovation planning. Required Skills & Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS or Product-based companies. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies. Experience handling cloud-based enterprise applications and scalable SaaS products. Experience working on SaaS products; exposure to HRTech domain will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello, or similar platforms, PHP, AI. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into product features and workflows. Experience in roadmap planning, release management, and product analytics. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. MBA or Product Management certification will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms. Exposure to workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and API integrations. Experience managing B2B software products will be an added advantage.
