Job description Position: Depot Incharge Company: Astral Adhesives (A Division of Astral Limited) Locations: Kanpur Experience: 4-8 years in Warehouse & Logistics Operations Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field Role Overview: Astral Adhesives is looking for an experienced Depot Incharge to manage end-to-end warehouse operations including WMS & SAP-based inventory control, dispatch operations, and MIS reporting. The candidate will ensure efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch while complying with company and statutory norms. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall warehouse operations including storage, material movement, and housekeeping. Operate and monitor WMS and SAP systems for inventory, dispatch, and stock tracking. Plan and execute dispatch activities, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Prepare and analyze warehouse MIS reports (stock aging, inventory variance, dispatch performance). Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations. Monitor loading/unloading operations and ensure proper material handling. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety norms, and audit requirements. Manage warehouse manpower and improve operational efficiency.
