Job description Role & responsibilities Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician Facility Management Location: Taloja Lodha palava logistic park, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and technical operations at client sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC systems, ensuring smooth functioning of all facility equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and civil systems Handle breakdowns and troubleshooting of equipment like lighting, DBs, sockets, pumps, etc. Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems (basic checks and coordination) Attend complaints and resolve issues within defined TAT Maintain logbooks, checklists, and daily reports Monitor and maintain utility services (water, power, DG support coordination) Ensure safety standards and compliance at site Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance work Support installation and minor project works at site Preferred Candidate Profile: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or relevant field 2–5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently Familiarity with tools, safety practices, and maintenance procedures Basic documentation and reporting skills Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns Key Skills: Electrical Maintenance, Plumbing, HVAC Basics, Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Breakdown Handling, Facility Management, Troubleshooting, DG Operations Support Role: Equipment Management Industry Type: Facility Management Services Department: Administration & Facilities Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Facility Management Education UG: Diploma in ITI, ITI Certification in Electrician Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills DGHTHT PanelsUPSTransformers Electrical MaintenanceAcbLT PanelsMSTHVACVCBAmcRepair
