Job description Role & responsibilities As a Project Coordinator he/she should be able to achieve and surpass project objectives and timelines. Should be able to coordinate multiple IT projects concurrently, including application supervision, enrolment, and security policy protocols. Oversee initiatives focused on license reduction, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Proactively identify and coordinate to mitigate risks and to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and scope. Develop and execute strategies for deploying new technological tools and enterprise software. Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and project team members. Direct efforts to evaluate and enhance infrastructure. Ensure meticulous documentation of IT processes and systems. Prepare comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Drive projects aimed at achieving certifications, accreditations, and maintaining compliance. Collaborate with various departments to implement new technologies and enterprise applications. Utilize ClickUp expertise to coordinate project stages and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, with 3-5 years’ experience.
