Job description Role & responsibilities Procure quality milk from MPPs as per company standards while optimizing transportation and landed costs. Achieve milk procurement targets by strengthening existing MPPs and enrolling new members. Supervise BMCUs, ensure proper milk testing, maintain zero TS loss, and implement transparent automated testing systems as per FSSAI standards. Manage procurement operations including route planning, contractor coordination, preventive maintenance, hygiene, and asset management. Guide, train, and supervise Field Assistants (FAs) and support member-related activities including timely milk payments and feed distribution. Build strong relationships with rural milk producers, monitor competitor activities, and coordinate with internal departments and government officials for smooth operations. Job Specifications Education: 1. Any Degree / Post Graduation Experience: Worked in any rural based Dairy related organizations with Minimum 4 years of experience Desired Skills: 1. Good communication and convincing skills 2. Leading and Guiding team members and ability to work in team with other teams 3. Ability to maintain good rapport with rural people 4.
