Job description We are Currently Hiring Front Desk Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience . Male candidates only . Job Responsibilities: Welcome & greet the clients Receive the reference form for Diagnostic Investigations. Explain the prerequisites and required history if any as per reference form for diagnostic investigation. Register the Client into the system for the respective Diagnostic tests with all required demographic and mode of delivery of reports. Assist the Client for payment modes either cash, cards etc. Plan the patient sequence as per their waiting numbers. Prepare the patient and coordinate their movement to the respective departments like Blood collection, X-Ray, Sonography, etc to conduct the tests. Explain to the patient about duration of the Turn Around Time for their reporting. Collation of Results from the respective departments & handing over of the reports to the client/sending them to their referral doctors over email, etc. Responsible to handle issues, provide/implement solutions for employees and patients at the front desk. Take Customer feed-back on daily basis to improve the system and if anything serious should be informed to the seniors to take immediate necessary corrective and preventive action. Attend phone Calls, Queries, WhatsApp, Hospitals, Patients and address them. Maintaining Cash collection reports and handover to respective person on daily basis. Filling of all front desk related documents on real time basis. Maintain required inventory at front desk and keep records. Inform clients for any delay in reports. Build a healthy administration practice and implement prescribed SOP to its efficient use and smooth flow of operations.
