Job description Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled accounting professional with strong experience in Accounts, MIS Reporting, SAP, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, data analysis, and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny Work extensively on SAP for accounting entries and reporting Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI Monitor budgeting, costing, and variance analysis Ensure accuracy in accounting records and compliance with statutory requirements Coordinate with internal teams and management for financial data analysis Support audit activities and documentation requirements Required Skills Strong Accounting & Finance knowledge Hands-on experience in SAP Strong Power BI reporting & dashboard skills Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills preferred Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali Analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Candidate Profile 5 -6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Power BI & SAP Qualification: CA/ Semi Qualified CA / MBA Finance / B.Com Experience in handling large data and reporting Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Immediate Joiners preferred How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their CV at hr@tyagroup.co.in with the above subject line.
