Job description Role & responsibilities Lead sales & business development of the new compressors in the respective market segment of West region of India comprising of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, EPCs of Mumbai region. Identify business potential in the respective segment through regular market scan Identify potential customers in the segment and develop relationship with existing & new customers and ensure support from organization towards the customer satisfaction Identify need of development of new product and improvements in the product. To build Key accounts in the region by building strong relationship with customers Analyze latest marketing trends and know your competition. Focus on achieving sales forecast and growth plan across pan India. Participation in seminars, exhibitions to expand customer and market reach Enlist the equipment with EPCM/PMC for Project specific vendors list. Meet customer timelines with close coordination with application team Commercial negotiations with customers Regular feedback from the customers to identify improvement areas Support project execution team to resolve critical issues with customers Segment Managers located at regions shall be first point of contact for the respective region. Preferred candidate profile Good technical knowhow of Compressor market for Oil and Gas industry in India and Globally, Knowledge of hydrogen mobility and Ammonia transportation systems, Analysis of key players w.r.t. Size, Share, Growth, Trends and Forecasts. Strong understanding of project sales cycles, tendering, and contracting Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial terms Strong negotiation and influencing skills Strategic thinking with execution focus Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization High customer orientation and result-driven mindset KPI's Ensure customer satisfaction in pre-order phase as per company guideline.
