Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats. Stay updated with Tamil internet culture, meme trends, and viral formats. Shoot content independently or collaboratively with the production team. Coordinate with editors and creative strategists for smooth content execution. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content ideas. Ensure consistency in quality, engagement, and posting schedules. Requirements Strong spoken and written Tamil communication skills. Comfortable appearing on camera and performing naturally. Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior. Creative mindset with good humor and relatability. Basic scripting and storytelling skills. Prior experience in content creation, anchoring, acting, or social media is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience creating short-form content. Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms. Basic knowledge of editing tools is an added advantage. Existing social media presence or portfolio is a plus.
