Job description JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have knowledge of ISO standards, audits, inspections, and quality systems. Experience in Construction of projects along with MEPF Services is essential. Strong background in quality assurance/control. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulation & Implementation of project-specify Quality Plan Maintaining Records for Incoming Material Inspection Maintaining Records for Tests on construction materials Records for Labor contractor Evaluation Maintaining Records for Process Control & related inspections, tests Calibration & Validation of Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment Corrective actions for non-conformities Inculcation of Quality Awareness in all Engineers Coordination with clients Quality control Engineer Maintaining all Quality records Sample approval and connected Records Document Control for quality plan and site procedures Implementation, monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan and ensuring the compliance with the plans and specifications. Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities. Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work. Implementation of periodical Quality Audit in various construction site. Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements Verification of corrective action for non-conformities. Maintain all quality records. Responsible for the establishment of concrete mix design with consult of Structural Consultant. The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions. Monitor all quality related activities on the project for various services viz. HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and civil construction. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. DESIRED OR PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: B. Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical/Civil)/Dip-Mechanical/Civil with 7 -12 years of experience in QA/QC function Should have exp in QA/QC function from buildings / commercial / IT Parks / Residential projects. Should have sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures right from initial stage to finishing. Should have worked in MEPF services as well as Civil construction works.
