about usEvery 10 minutes, 18 million conversations happen between businesses and consumers around the world. For decades, the consumer side of those conversations sucked: long queues, robotic menus, repeated explanations, and advice that is often unhelpful. Most people today still cannot simply say what their problem is in natural language when communicating with businesses.AI changes that. For the first time, companies can have natural conversations with customers at massive scale. Every B2C company - from energy providers to telcos to insurers - will use AI agents to talk to their customers. The number of conversations businesses will handle is going to explode in the coming years. At telli, we are solving the challenges that come with that shift. Today, leading B2C companies like Sky are already using telli to deploy thousands of voice agents to provide their customers with a new experience. But building a first voice agent is easy, getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. telli helps companies build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade, and we intend to win it.We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. Be it engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models. All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture.Check out our principles to see how we work.Your missionYou will be pivotal for telli's growth. Your mission is to drive revenue by building trusted relationships with enterprise customers and closing deals. As our first experienced enterprise sales hire, you'll help us 10x telli from the ground up.what you'll do:Own large enterprise deals end-to-end: Discovery, demos, security review, procurement, contract redlines, you carry the deal from the first call through signature uncovering telli’s value for the customerGenerate the your own pipeline: Our BDR team supports you; they don't replace you. You target the accounts, you write the outbound, you make the callsMulti-thread complex buying committees: Heads of Sales, Operations, CX, Legal, IT, Security, Procurement, and CFOs at companies of 500 to 10,000+ employees. You build the relationships before procurement comes in to test themOwn a quota and hit revenue targets: Close large deals that meaningfully contribute to telli’s growthShape telli's enterprise playbook: qualification, multi-thread strategy, executive engagement, pricing. What works for you becomes the team standardFeed structured signal back into product, marketing, and strategy: You sit closest to the customer. Your input shapes what we build nextwhat makes you a great fit:You have at least 1 year of experience closing mid-market deals: you’ve sold mid-five-figure contracts and consistently performed at the top of your team. You're an elite relationship builder: you know the difference between a contact and a champion, and you've won deals because of that distinction. Buyers trust you before they trust your productYou're a hunter: you know how to manufacture pipeline without a warm inbound stream and you don't complain when it's hardYou have executive presence: you can hold a room with a C-Suite from the first interaction. Your credibility is immediate and natural, not earned over multiple meetingsYou're obsessively prepared: you know more about the prospect's situation than they expect you to, every timeYou're low ego and high accountability: you're not above doing the grunt work. Why Mozilla?
Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.
The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms.
About this team and role:
This role owns the foundation that lets other software drive Firefox: the secure, reliable connection an outside tool or another team uses to act inside the browser, and the building blocks they call to do it. It enables the teams building on it — internal teams, outside AI tools — to create their own products on top. This role owns the shared layer and the strategy for it. It’s a hands-on, technical role in a fast-moving, greenfield space, so it’s as much strategy as execution.
The opportunity is broad: internal teams (Smart Window, New Products’ automated tools), outside AI tools and their users, and web developers. The three share much of the underlying technology, but each reaches its market in a different way. The mandate is to figure out what to go after, and in what order.
What you’ll do:
Own the shared foundation and the building blocks it gives other software, and make them reliable and secure.
Push the open standard (WebDriver BiDi) forward, and build Firefox-only advantages the standard won’t cover
Design the safety controls: let a person approve actions, see when software is acting for them, and take back control.
Define the strategy for any major third-party AI assistants people already use.
Serve internal teams (Smart Window, New Products) and outside tools through one shared layer.
Measured on:
Adoption across teams and tools, volume of usage through the platform, and sustained reliability and security.
What you'll bring:
A product-minded engineer, or a very technical PM who can drive a technical product
Developer-space experience, with the range to think about consumers and internal platforms
Comfortable setting strategy in ambiguity; own a technical contract other teams depend on
Strong instincts on security and trust. Nice to have: web standards, MCP, browser automation
What you’ll get:
Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team
Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage
Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)
Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together
Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday
One-time home office stipend
Annual professional development budget
Quarterly well-being stipend
Considerable paid parental leave
Employee referral bonus program
Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country)
About Mozilla
Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled. When you work at Mozilla, you give yourself a chance to make a difference in the lives of Web users everywhere. And you give us a chance to make a difference in your life every single day. Join us to work on the Web as the platform and help create more opportunity and innovation for everyone online.

Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.
Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.Team
The Raisin Group Credit Risk Management team is part of the second line of defense and is responsible for the oversight of credit risks across Raisin’s commercial, treasury, and financial counterparties. While Raisin does not engage in traditional lending, we are exposed to credit risk through receivables, guarantees, investments, and other contractual obligations.
Our team ensures these risks are consistently identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in line with Raisin’s risk appetite and strategic goals. We work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Controlling, and Business Units to maintain a consistent and effective risk framework. We value a collaborative, data-driven approach and foster an inclusive environment that supports continuous learning and diverse perspectives.
Your Responsibilities
As our Credit Risk Manager, you will take full ownership of our credit risk framework, operating as a hands-on builder and independent risk partner. This role requires the resilience to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, the technical agility to modernize our reporting infrastructure using Looker and Mambu, and the expertise to tackle operational backlogs while ensuring robust risk steering across our diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis: You will perform independent credit risk analysis of counterparties and transactions (corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns), evaluating financials, business models, and structures.
Infrastructure & Data Ownership: You will architect and maintain your own reporting infrastructure using Looker, Mambu, and Google Sheets, ensuring high data quality across all risk processes.
Strategic Risk Steering: You will drive data-driven decision-making by creating insightful risk dashboards and reporting that directly influence senior management’s strategic steering.
Proactive Portfolio Monitoring: You will maintain strict oversight of credit developments, identifying sector concentrations and deteriorating risk profiles to facilitate proactive risk mitigation.
Provisioning & Forecasting: You will manage loan loss provisioning processes in accordance with IFRS 9 and ECL frameworks, including staging assessments and qualitative overlays.
Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure strict adherence to internal risk limits and external regulatory requirements (e.g., CRR, MaRisk, Basel III/IV).
Project Management: You will lead or participate in initiatives to improve data quality, enhance systems, and validate models, driving the modernization of our risk infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Partnership: You will act as a partner to the Front Office, Finance, and Risk Controlling teams, providing expert guidance on credit risk topics while balancing business growth objectives with robust risk management frameworks.
Your Profile
We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk professional who operates with a high degree of autonomy, bringing both the technical capability to build processes from scratch and the resilience to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with the strategic mindset to challenge assumptions and safeguard the Raisin Bank’s risk appetite.
Key Requirements:
Professional Background: You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Holding professional certifications such as the FRM or CFA designation is an added advantage.
Experience: You bring 5+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, risk controlling, or credit structuring within banking or financial services.
Analytical Competence: You possess a proven ability to assess transactional credit risk, including business models, financial covenants, collateral, and legal documentation.
Regulatory Knowledge: You demonstrate a strong working knowledge of IFRS 9 concepts (staging, ECL) and European regulatory frameworks (CRR, Basel III/IV, MaRisk).
Operational Resilience: You demonstrate high personal resilience and comfort navigating a fast-paced, forming fintech environment. You possess the strength of character required to navigate significant stakeholder pressure and thrive on "change the bank" projects.
Proactive Mindset: You maintain a highly self-directed approach to identifying deteriorating risk profiles and portfolio concentrations, with the capability to take full ownership of the scope with minimal guidance.
Technical Proficiency: You are skilled at managing risk data using Looker, Mambu, and Google Sheets. Knowledge of programming skills (Python/SQL) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) are a definite asset.
Communication & Influence: You show a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics; you possess the strength of character to hold firm on risk decisions under pressure and effectively bridge the gap between the first and second lines of defense.
Language: Your primary working language is English; no German language proficiency is required.
