Coordinating with ground level team, assign the shift operations, follow up the team and ensure all the activities completed within the shifts and take the confirmation from the team and update to reliever and reporting managers. Align with the ground level team and conduct shift wise briefings take all the inputs and update with the management for any challenges. Ground level team attendance verification if any shortfalls, need to verify and inform to management for further action. Preparation of energy consumption tracker, day to day activities and incorporate with daily reports and share with reporting manager. Analysis of energy consumption tracker and take actions if any sudden spikes /down. Coordinating with AMC vendors for the PPM activities and assign the jobs and verify the activities as per the scope of works. Analysis of AMC vendor activities if any abnormalities need to be notified with reporting manager. Coordinating with R&M activity vendor, take entry approval, provide work permits, verify the PPE, do the HIRA, deploy the team members, check the quality work as per the agreed timelines. Prior information to all the stake holders for all the vendor and in-house activities to align with all the team members for the activities. Work permit preparation as per the scope of work. Utility rooms rounding on daily basis, ensure all the utilities upkeep 100% healthy. PPM activities verification for electromechanical equipment and execution as per the checklists and sign off. BMS day to operations verification and ensure all the workspace area AC operational as per the standard temperature. Attendance preparation for the ground level staff and verify with security register and Kent attendance. Store consumables usage, inventory preparation and reordering on time.
