Aviatrix

USA
0-2 Yrs
₹7,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 P.A.
WHO WE ARE:
Aviatrix® is pioneering the Cloud Native Security Fabric — the architecture the Containment Era requires. The Cloud Native Security Fabric governs every workload communication path across every cloud, every VPC, every Kubernetes cluster, and every serverless function, from a single policy plane. One rule. Universal propagation. Enforced at the workload, not at a chokepoint. Trusted by more than 500 of the world's leading enterprises. For more information, visit aviatrix.ai.
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to architect and evolve the customer enablement motion within our Customer Training and Development team. This is a strategic technical role: you will engage pre- and post-sale with enterprise accounts to scope enablement as part of larger deals, partner with Professional Services, Technical Advisors, and Engagement Managers to design customer-specific upskilling paths (including critical upgrade cohorts such as 7.1→8.2+), and use AI to deliver just-in-time curriculum modifications tailored to each customer’s technical environment. You will own curriculum evolution against field signal, not simply teach to a fixed catalog, and serve as a credible technical peer to enterprise architects and CISOs scoping ACE engagements.Position Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery & Engagement: Lead high-stakes ACE workshops and customer-specific enablement sessions, using dynamic ‘Chalk Talk’ and whiteboarding techniques to visualize complex packet flows and multi-cloud architectures. Establish technical credibility with enterprise architects, network leaders, and security stakeholders in the room.
Enablement Architecture: Architect learning solutions against real customer technical environments and use cases. Own multi-cloud lab design, curriculum structure, and the AI-driven mechanisms that modify content just-in-time for each engagement.
Architectural SME: Engage pre- and post-sale with enterprise accounts as the lead technical authority on enablement scope. Partner with Sales and Customer Outcomes leadership to position ACE engagements as part of larger deal motions, and bridge the gap for customers moving from legacy on-prem networking to modern cloud transit security.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Professional Services, Technical Advisors, and Engagement Managers to build customer-specific upskilling paths tied to active engagements (e.g., upgrade cohorts, platform migrations). Translate field signal from these teams into curriculum evolution, and oversee the lab environments and connectivity staging that support those paths.
Curriculum Evolution: Influence the long-term ACE curriculum roadmap based on field signal from customer engagements, PS/TA partnership, and emerging product capabilities. Bring forward proposals for new modules, certifications, and monetizable enterprise B2B tracks rather than teaching to a fixed catalog.
Technical Requirements
Certifications: CCIE-level expertise (EI or SP) highly recommended. AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) required.
Networking Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of BGP (Routing Policies, Path Selection), High Availability (HA) design, and VPN technologies (IPsec, OpenVPN).
Cloud Infrastructure: Proven expertise in designing and staging complex multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI.
Required Qualifications
Instructional & Advisory Presence: Ability to maintain audience focus and energy during intensive multi-day workshops using interactive whiteboarding and visual storytelling, and equally able to hold an advisory conversation across the table from an enterprise architect or CISO scoping an enablement engagement.
Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex distributed architectures for various technical personas through verbal and visual explanation.
Experience: 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Network Engineering, or Technical Training.
Independence: Self-motivated program owner capable of running enablement engagements end-to-end with minimal oversight: scoping with sales and customer stakeholders, designing the curriculum and lab path, partnering across PS/TA/EM, and managing delivery handoffs.
