Tailscale 4.3
Singapore 3-7 Yrs ₹7,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 P.A.
View Job
About Tailscale Tailscale is making safe connection effortless by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. We're building a future for the Internet that's easy, sensible, and safe, like it used to be. Founded in 2019 and fully distributed, we're backed by Accel, CRV, Insight, Heavybit, and Uncork Capital. About the Role Tailscale is looking for a Director, APAC Go-to-Market to build and lead our GTM business in Asia Pacific, starting from Singapore. APAC represents an important growth opportunity for Tailscale. We have strong conviction in the region and are looking for a leader who can turn that opportunity into a meaningful, durable business: building pipeline and revenue, developing a strong partner ecosystem, winning strategic customers, and building the team we need to scale. We are looking for someone who has built a region before and wants to do it again from scratch. You will set the APAC go-to-market strategy, determine where and how we invest, recruit and lead our initial regional team, and be directly accountable for commercial results. You will have significant autonomy to determine what Tailscale needs to win in the region. You will also be a hands-on commercial leader. You’ll spend time with customers and partners, help shape and close our most important opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of how technology companies need to go to market differently across APAC. You’ll bring those insights back to our global Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams and help Tailscale become a truly global company. In this role, you will be able to hire the team you need to succeed. We suspect that will include Sales Development, Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Partner Marketing, but ultimately we will be open to your recommendation based on expertise. These hires will report directly to you with dotted lines to functional departments in North America and EMEA. You’ll lead that team as a region, while working closely with their functional counterparts elsewhere at Tailscale. This role will report to Tailscale’s President, Kevin Kotecki. Key Responsibilities Own the APAC number. You will be accountable for regional pipeline creation and revenue growth. Establish clear targets, build the plan to reach them, maintain strong forecasting and pipeline discipline, and continuously adjust our approach based on what the data and the market tell us. Build and execute Tailscale’s APAC go-to-market strategy. Determine which markets, customer segments, use cases, and routes to market offer the greatest opportunity for Tailscale. Translate global company strategy into a focused regional plan while recognizing that what works in North America or Europe will not always work in APAC. Build a high-performing regional GTM organization. Recruit, lead, and develop exceptional sellers and other customer-facing talent in the region. Build a team that operates as one APAC organization while remaining tightly connected to its global functional counterparts. Create the culture, operating rhythms, and accountability required for a small regional team to move quickly and perform at a high level. Lead from the front with customers. Personally engage in Tailscale’s most important opportunities in the region. Build relationships with senior technical and business leaders, help the team navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and serve as executive sponsor for strategic customers. Stay close enough to the market to know why we are winning, why we are losing, and what needs to change. Build Tailscale’s presence in the region. Establish Tailscale as a credible and increasingly visible technology company in APAC. Represent Tailscale with customers, partners, at industry events, and within the broader technology ecosystem. Develop the relationships and market intelligence that allow us to identify opportunities earlier than we otherwise would. Be the voice of APAC inside Tailscale. Build a strong point of view on regional customers, competitors, partners, buying behavior, and market dynamics. Bring that perspective into company decisions about product, packaging, marketing, partnerships, and future investments. Build the region for the long term. We expect the shape of our APAC organization to evolve considerably. Identify what capabilities and investments we need next, make thoughtful resource tradeoffs, and build systems that can scale beyond the first phase of the Singapore office. What We Are Looking For Significant experience in enterprise technology go-to-market, with meaningful experience leading Sales or a broader GTM organization across APAC. You have done this before. You have helped build or materially scale an APAC business rather than only operating within an already mature regional organization. A proven track record of owning and exceeding meaningful pipeline and revenue targets in a B2B technology business. Deep familiarity with the APAC technology market and experience operating successfully across multiple countries and cultures, with particularly strong knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia. Established relationships within the regional channel and partner ecosystem, along with a track record of turning those relationships into measurable commercial outcomes. A strong network of exceptional GTM talent in the region. You know what great sellers and SEs look like and have demonstrated that you can attract them to work with you. Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities personally. You are comfortable moving from regional strategy and forecasting into a customer meeting or deal review and materially improving the outcome. Experience selling highly technical products to sophisticated buyers. Experience with infrastructure, networking, security, developer tools, cloud, or adjacent enterprise technology is particularly relevant. Strong commercial judgment and analytical ability. You understand pipeline mathematics, forecasting, unit economics, market prioritization, and where to invest limited resources to produce the greatest return. Strong cross-functional leadership skills. You can lead a regional team while partnering effectively with global Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams that you do not directly manage. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong executive presence with customers, partners, candidates, and internal leaders. A builder’s mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity, limited infrastructure, and changing plans, and you know how to introduce enough process and structure to improve execution without slowing the organization down. High agency and low ego. You are willing to personally do the work required to establish the region while simultaneously building an organization that will eventually make you less central to every decision. A strong perspective on how technology GTM is changing in the age of AI and what those changes mean for winning customers and building partnerships in APAC. As a company, we strive to maintain fair and equitable compensation practices within our team across all roles and all levels. Tailscale's compensation package includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The salary range displayed on each job posting represents the target range for a new hire's base salary. Individual offers may vary based on experience and skill set. Frequently cited statistics show that people who identify with historically marginalized groups are likely to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to help us break that statistic! What We Offer An inclusive, flexible environment where you can be your authentic self. We recognize the impact of diverse voices and backgrounds on the growth of our people, product, and company. And that flexibility in how and when you work empowers our team to integrate work and life. A competitive total compensation package. This includes a base salary, an equity incentive plan and variable commission (for quota-based roles). Comprehensive group benefits with no waiting period. Take advantage of coverage for health, vision, dental, and more for you and your family! Remote first company—most of our teams work fully remotely. Enjoy a change of scenery wherever you can get wifi, participate in virtual and in-person social events, and leverage our corporate co-working program to visit WeWork (or other similar spaces near you). Some roles require in-office collaboration depending on team needs, which will be clearly noted in the job description. Employer-funded retirement contributions. Tailscale will match your retirement contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to a maximum annual employer contribution equal to 0.75% of your eligible compensation. Connect with other Tailscalars IRL. Attend our annual company retreat, participate in team off-sites, and collaborate in person with teammates across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. We support intentional in-person connection through team travel and distributed collaboration. Support for your personal and professional development. Grow your career thoughtfully with $1500 USD annually for professional development, or take advantage of mentorship, coaching, and internal promotion opportunities. Paid time off and a healthy work-life integration. Our flexible, paid time off program supports you for any situation life throws your way, whether moving homes or travelling the world! A build-your-own home office setup. You choose your own company-owned laptop (Mac or PC), receive a monthly home internet reimbursement, and $500 USD to customize your workstation to make it your own. Paid parental leave program. We care about your life outside of work and encourage new parents to take advantage of parental leave top-ups (20 weeks for birthing parents, 16 weeks for non-birthing parents). FLE
Flex 4.3
Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA 3-7 Yrs ₹7,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 P.A.
View Job
Flex is building the AI-native private bank for super premium, closely held business owners. We are re-architecting the entire financial system for entrepreneurs. From the first dollar a business earns to how that value compounds, moves, and is ultimately spent in real life. Banking, credit, payments, personal finance, financial operations, all rebuilt from the ground up as a single intelligent system. Since launching publicly in September 2023, we have scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue with a clear path to profitability by late 2026. We move fast, ship relentlessly, and operate with extreme ownership. Our customers are affluent business owners with $3M to $200M in revenue. The backbone of the economy and one of the most underserved segments in finance. We are replacing the outdated banks and fragmented tools they are stuck with. The opportunity is a roughly $1T+ revenue market hiding in plain sight. We are building toward $100B+ in enterprise value by delivering a product that is fundamentally better, not incrementally improved. Flex has raised $100M+ in equity and $300M+ in debt. What we hold ourselves to: mission-critical problems, high bar low ego, speed over comfort, enduring impact. Locations: Remote. Open to candidates in Canada, Mexico, the United States, Brazil, and Colombia. The Role -------- You will own Flex's Accountants Stack. Accounting integrations, expense management, bill pay, invoicing, AR and AP, and financial reporting. The full set of tools that closely held business owners and the accountants who serve them use to run the financial operations of the company. The accountant is the lead persona for this role. Bookkeepers, controllers, fractional CFOs, and outside CPAs are the people who actually live in this software day to day. Build for them and the owner wins by default. Build only for the owner and the accountant works around you, which means you lose. The reason this role exists at Flex and not at every fintech is the unique customer we serve. Super premium business owners with $3M to $200M in revenue have a controller or an outside accountant, real ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, sometimes Microsoft Dynamics or Acumatica), and a layered financial life where the business and personal sides are deeply intertwined. The owner pays themselves a distribution, then funds personal investments, then pays for an asset, then expenses something back through the company. Their accountant has to make all of it tie out. We are the only product positioned to make that integrated life elegant for both sides. This role builds it. You will not build a generic accounting integration. You will build the Accountants Stack that bookkeepers, controllers, and CPAs actually want, which means knowing what they hate about QuickBooks, what they love about NetSuite, what they wish Bill.com did, and where the seams between business and personal finance create the most friction today. What you will do ---------------- Define the strategy and own the connectivity layer to the accounting and ERP systems our customers' accountants use. QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, etc. Build expense management that works for owners and the accountants reconciling on their behalf. Receipt capture, GL coding, approval workflows, integration into the accounting tools without requiring manual reconciliation downstream. Own bill pay and AR/AP. The workflow from invoice received to vendor paid, from invoice sent to customer paid, with full reconciliation back to the accounting system. Build the invoicing product. We do not have a real invoicing offering today and customers are starting to ask. Decide what shape it takes and ship it. Architect the connection between business financial data and personal financial data. This is the wedge no other fintech has. Make the integrated owner life real in product so the accountant can deliver it cleanly. Partner closely with the Banking, Credit, Cards, and Payments product owners so financial flows tie out cleanly across the stack. No seams. No reconciliation tax for the accountant or the customer. Translate the controller, CFO, and CPA persona for the rest of the company. We need someone who speaks both owner and accountant fluently. And can translate it to the owner mindset. What you will need ------------------ You have spent years thinking about how business owners and the accountants who serve them actually run financial operations. You know the difference between a bookkeeper, a controller, a fractional CFO, and an outside accountant, and you have built product for at least one of them. Deep, hands-on familiarity with at least two of: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica. Not "I know they exist." Actually built in or integrated to them at depth. You can journal a transaction without looking it up. You understand accrual versus cash basis, the close cycle, what a 1099 is for, and why a controller cares about the audit trail. You have built either inside an accounting platform, on top of one as an integration partner, or built a fintech product that lives natively in the accounting workflow. You understand the accountant channel and how CPAs influence product adoption. Bonus if you have built for or partnered with CPAs directly. Typically 4 to 10 years of experience. Title is not the point. Compensation Additional Information We want to hear from you. We value passion, determination, and honesty. If you do not match every line of the spec but you can show us the work, apply anyway. Unusual paths and rare skills are how you stand out at Flex.

Locations: San Francisco, New York, Miami, remote. Open to candidates in Canada, Mexico, the United States, Brazil, and Colombia. The Role -------- You will own Flex's card programs end to end. We are running a meaningful annualized credit program today. We are launching multiple new card products in the next two quarters across credit, stablecoin, and rewards. Your job is to scale this from one major program to five-plus and take total volume across the portfolio up by more than an order of magnitude. This is not a card fulfillment seat. This is the owner of every layer of our card stack: ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN sponsor relationships, network relationships, and the operational discipline that lets us run multiple programs concurrently without seams. We want someone who has personally spun up a card program from scratch, not as a secondary contributor. Someone who can sit in a meeting with a major processor or card network, hear a vendor explanation, and call out exactly where the story is bullshit. Someone who knows what FTS, ARI, DPS, BINs, and the rest of the alphabet actually mean and where vendors hide behind acronyms. You will partner closely with your engineering counterpart and be on a small team initially. Your first job after landing is to tell us who you need to hire next. This is a business unit builder seat. What you will do ---------------- Own every layer of Flex's card programs: ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN sponsor management, network relationships. Lead processor strategy and the direct network relationship. Hold vendors accountable. Drive the technical and commercial negotiations. Build the operational infrastructure that supports five concurrent card programs across credit, stablecoin, and rewards. Architect the path to scale the portfolio by more than 20x. Build the operating model that makes that scale possible without breaking customer experience. Recruit the next layer of the card programs team as the function grows. You will tell us who we need to hire and when. Translate the technical complexity of card issuing into clear product decisions for the rest of the company. We have struggled to communicate the now program, the transition, and the future program. Fixing that is part of your job. What you will need ------------------ You have personally spun up at least one card program from scratch as the primary owner. If you were the secondary contributor on someone else's program, this is not the seat for you. Hands-on depth across ledger, processing, servicing, and fulfillment. You know what each of these is, who the vendors are, and where the operational risk lives. Deep familiarity with BIN sponsor dynamics, issuer processor mechanics, and card network rules. You can hold a real conversation about a processor migration or a network compliance issue. Senior plus. Typically 8 to 12 years of experience. Title is not the point. Building the business unit is. You are willing to be the only person on this for a stretch and then build the function around you. You can read vendor decks and decide what is real and what is sales theater. About the Role If you're passionate about solving complex technical problems and helping build trust between customers and engineering, this is the role for you. We're seeking a motivated Customer Reliability Engineer to join our team. You'll take ownership of our most complex, ambiguous customer escalations, solving issues where the root cause is not always obvious. You will work these issues to resolution or alternatively a fully-documented handoff that engineering can act on without delay. As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you'll partner closely with the Customer Success Team, Support Team, and Product/Engineering to close the gap between "customer has described a problem" and "engineering has what it needs to fix it." This role reports directly to the Customer Reliability Engineer Team Lead. Key Responsibilities Own high-severity, post-sales technical escalations from intake through resolution or engineering handoff. This includes deep-dive investigations and reproduction of difficult-to-isolate bugs. Get on calls with customers, pull logs, and communicate with the customer about leading theories. Build engineering handoff packages that require minimal follow-up questions: reproducible case, log evidence (timestamps, node IDs), version matrix, impact scope, what's already been ruled out, and a proposed engineering team to own the fix. File and track issues for confirmed bugs, keeping the ticket/issue link intact so engineering retains full customer context. Monitor for patterns across escalations to catch recurring or systemic issues early; translate what you learn into product improvements, tooling, and runbooks that raise the technical bar for the whole Support org. Partner with Support, CSE, and Product/Eng, while staying within this team's scope. What We Are Looking For 4+ years in a technical support or escalation role at a SaaS or infrastructure company, with demonstrated ownership of escalated/enterprise-tier accounts. A genuine problem-solver who gets energy from untangling hard, ambiguous technical issues Comfortable owning a live, high-stakes customer call: staying calm, building trust, and communicating clearly with a frustrated or technical customer under pressure. Hands-on networking experience in production or homelab environments: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, NAT, VPNs, load balancers. Deep familiarity with overlay networking concepts — WireGuard, UDP hole punching, STUN — and comparable VPN/networking products. Code-level debugging capability: can read Go source, reason about goroutines/locks/channels, read pprof CPU/heap profiles, and understand network interface semantics. Comfortable with infrastructure concepts: cloud IaaS, CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and Kubernetes debugging. Strong systems administration skills as well as troubleshooting across Linux, macOS, and Windows. Track record of independently building reproducible test cases and clear, evidence-backed bug reports engineering can act on directly. Strong technical storytelling: able to distill highly technical, ambiguous issues into clear narratives for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Investigative mindset; curious to analyze root cause, and evaluate all options to get customers to the best solution Proficiency with programming/scripting in Go, Python, JSON Experience with packet-level analysis As a company, we strive to maintain fair and equitable compensation practices within our team across all roles and all levels. Tailscale's compensation package includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The salary range displayed on each job posting represents the target range for a new hire's base salary. Individual offers may vary based on experience and skill set. US Pay Range $115,000—$144,000 USD Frequently cited statistics show that people who identify with historically marginalized groups are likely to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to help us break that statistic! What We Offer An inclusive, flexible environment where you can be your authentic self. We recognize the impact of diverse voices and backgrounds on the growth of our people, product, and company. We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together! Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work visas of any kind at the time of hire, or at any point during employment. This includes, but is not limited to: F1-OPT, F1-CPT, H-1B, TN, J-1, etc Your Role:Tenable is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to drive the technical depth and strategic impact of our AWS GTM partnership. This is a high-visibility, field-facing role sitting at the intersection of partner engineering (co-build), co-sell execution, and AWS ecosystem strategy. You will be the primary technical voice for the AWS alliance — enabling Tenable field SEs and AWS SA’s globally, advancing joint go-to-market motions with AWS, and shaping how Tenable's exposure management platform is positioned alongside AWS-native services and marketplaces. This is a backfill of an established Principal-level seat with deep internal and external stakeholder relationships already in place. The right candidate will be technically rigorous, comfortable operating at an executive level, executing against key goals and KPIs and energized by the complexity of partner-led sales motions. Your Opportunity: Serve as Tenable's primary technical liaison to AWS — building and maintaining relationships with AWS Partner SAs, Technical Account Managers, and the Amazon Bedrock team. Own and lead the AWS technical enablement plan — Be the “connective tissue” evangelizing, designing and delivering structured enablement programs for Tenable field SEs (TFCs) and AWS customer-facing SAs, ensuring both sides of the co-sell motion are technically aligned on Tenable solutions and joint architectures. Drive AWS competency application workstreams, including design wins, technical validation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Apply strong program management discipline across all partnership workstreams — owning milestones, owners, and deliverables for enablement programs, competency applications, co-sell pipeline, and executive reporting cycles. Support and advance the AWS Marketplace and co-sell motion — including Salesforce-tracked pipeline, PRM tagging, and opportunity hygiene with field co-sell teams. Contribute to the strategic narrative around Tenable and AWS AI/agentic architectures, including integrations with Amazon Bedrock and agentic frameworks. Produce executive-facing reporting and synthesize partnership activity across Zoom transcripts, meeting notes, Slack, and CRM data. Collaborate with field marketing on AWS-focused demand generation, EBC planning, and joint event participation. Develop and maintain technical assets: architecture diagrams, integration guides, demo environments, and partner-facing solution briefs. Support VP-level escalations and executive briefings when partner commitments or timelines are at risk. Drive AWS Marketplace technical strategy and tactics, such as PRM, ties to ACE and developing AI co-sell. Success in the First 90 Days 30 days: Has established working relationships with the Tenable Alliance Director, key AWS Partner SAs and internal co-sell and SE stakeholders; has a clear view of the current competency application status and active co-sell pipeline. 60 days: Is delivering enablement sessions to field SE teams and contributing to executive-facing reporting cycles independently. 90 days: Has a credible point of view on gaps in the current partner motion and a prioritized plan for closing them — including AWS Marketplace coverage, SA enablement pipeline, and technical asset gaps. Develop, shape and approve 90 day plan along with the Technical Alliance Director, through end of year. What You'll Need: 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Partner Engineering, or Technical Alliances — with at least 3 years in a cloud or SaaS context. Deep, demonstrable AWS expertise across compute, networking, identity, security services, and marketplace mechanics. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification strongly preferred. Experience working within or alongside a cloud provider's partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — including co-sell motions, competency programs, or marketplace integrations. Strong project management skills — demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams with clear milestone tracking, stakeholder accountability, and on-time delivery across cross-functional teams. Strong communicator capable of tailoring technical depth to field SE audiences, AWS partner contacts, and VP/C-suite stakeholders alike. Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. generative AI assistants, AI-powered research and productivity tools) to accelerate work across enablement, documentation, and reporting. Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce pipeline workflows and partner relationship management tooling. And Ideally: Experience with agentic AI architectures, LLM integrations, or Amazon Bedrock — either technically or as a go-to-market motion. Background in cybersecurity — particularly vulnerability management, cloud security posture, or exposure management. Familiarity with Tenable products (Tenable One, Tenable.io, Nessus) or competitive landscape. Prior experience building or maintaining AWS Competency applications and achieving joint design wins. #LI-MS1 #LI-Hybrid This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
